Subscription Policy

At Rootive™, we offer a convenient subscription service so you never miss a dose of the nutrients that support your hair, skin, and nails. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, including billing, shipping, changes, and cancellation.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, your selected product will be automatically delivered on the schedule you choose (e.g. every 30 days). Your payment method will be billed automatically before each shipment.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You’ll be able to:

  • Update shipping addresses or payment methods
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Pause or skip shipments
  • Cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Refunds

Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@rootive.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
