If you’re unhappy with your first bottle of Rootive™ within 30 days of delivery, just reach out to us at support@rootive.com and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. One-time refund per customer.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Only first-time purchases are eligible
  • Limit one refund per household
  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@rootive.com with your order number and the reason you’re requesting a refund. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
